Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shadedwear.com including your order number and reason for return.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 577, Toorak Vic 3142. Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer. Shipping and handling changes are non-refundable.
Please ensure return shipping is done so with a traceable service as Shaded is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange please contact us at hello@shadedwear.com. Please include the order number, the item description you recieved and the item you would like to exchange it for.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested style in stock to exchange.
If we do not have the item you want to exchange in stock, we will issue you a Credit Note. Credit notes are valid for 12 months following the issue date.
Exchange shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer. Shipping and handling changes are non-refundable.
